WhatsApp-only clients with no second identifier: we keep the number as the key. Do not merge them into “cash customer” or you lose the thread.

Power: the cutover window should not depend on a 4-hour generator promise. We pick a slot, take local copies, and work from those files. The internet can die. The USB should not.

Arabic/English/French: three names for one school or one SKU. You decide the master label. We keep the others as aliases so search still works.
