Who we are

What we collect

We collect only what we need to reply to you and to run the site:

• Contact form: your name, email and/or phone, optional company, and message.
• Intake questionnaire: your name, email and/or phone, optional message, the answers you choose, a short summary, and the starting price estimate shown to you.
• Visit logs: approximate technical details such as IP address, page visited, referrer, browser type, and time of visit. These help us see traffic and block abuse.
• Session data: a basic session cookie may be used so the site and admin login work correctly.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not run third-party advertising networks on this site. Demo pages are product samples. They are not separate data products.

Why we use the data

• To answer inquiries and discuss a possible custom build
• To keep intake answers so we can reply with a useful scope note
• To secure the site, measure visits, and block abusive IPs
• To operate admin access for the practice owner

WhatsApp and email

If you click the WhatsApp button, the chat opens in WhatsApp (or WhatsApp Web) with our number. That conversation then follows WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy rules. If you email or call us, those channels work under your provider’s normal rules as well as ours.

Where data is stored

Form and visit data are stored in our MySQL database on the hosting provider we use for this site. Access is limited to the practice for administration.

How long we keep it

We keep contact and intake records while they are useful for an active conversation or a reasonable follow-up, then remove or archive them when they are no longer needed. Visit logs are kept for operations and security review, then cleaned up over time. You can ask us to delete a specific inquiry.

Your requests

You can ask what we hold about an inquiry you sent, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. Write to anystack4@gmail.com from the same email or with enough detail that we can find the record. We may keep minimal information if the law or security requires it (for example a blocked IP related to abuse).

Children

This site is aimed at business owners and operators. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we will update the date at the top of this page.
